Robert Granados

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of National Credit Center (NCC), Robert Granados is responsible for providing Executive leadership, and overseeing the company’s day-to- day strategy and operations. Additionally, in his role as NCC Chief Executive Officer, Robert’s responsibilities include developing budgets, cultivating open communications within the company, identifying potential merger and acquisition opportunities and working closely with NCC’s Senior Management and Finance teams.

Prior to joining NCC, Robert served as Senior Vice President, Strategy, at Cox Automotive Inc., where he led the assessment of new growth opportunities and expansion of business offerings, as well as the divestiture required in order to allow for the completion of the acquisition of DealerTrack Technologies by Cox Automotive.

Prior to assuming that role, Robert served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at DealerTrack, where his responsibilities included leading the turnaround of the company’s Dallas division and auto finance network; he also successfully developed initiatives and strategies that enabled the company to increase its market share, and expand its national footprint. Robert’s professional history also includes his tenure as Senior Vice President, Strategy, at Aon PLC, where he developed and implemented segmentation and product packaging strategies enabling Aon Consulting to expand into the small business sector. Robert also previously served as Corporate Vice President at Ameritrade, as well as Corporate Compliance Officer at MetLife.

Robert’s educational history includes the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University, as well as California State University, Northridge.

Ken Suprenant

Senior Vice President of Data Solutions

As Senior Vice President of Data Solutions, Ken Suprenant leads NCC’s Data Solutions, which provides the industry leading credit and compliance solution offers to dealerships and their customers.  Ken possesses an extensive wealth of automotive knowledge and diverse expertise–both from a dealer and service provider perspective–and a highly decorated track record for his sales and operational transformations, leading companies to record market share and brand prominence, both nationally and internationally.

Prior to joining NCC in 2013, Ken was Vice President of Sales for DealerCentric (eLend Solutions), where he helped grow the company from a small brand to a leading automotive software provider. Ken’s professional history also includes his tenures with the Manheim Auto Auctions, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Automotive Finance Corporation, where he built a national sales team and OEM sales platform that contributed to record revenues and growth of over 12,000 active dealers.

As an industry leader, Ken has also been a conference speaker at NADA, NIADA, and NABD.

Anthony Belcher, VP Inside Sales

Vice President of Inside Sales

Anthony Belcher serves as NCC’s Vice President, Inside Sales. In that capacity, Anthony is responsible for sales and distribution of NCC product offerings across multiple U.S. locations; Anthony also has direct leadership of all NCC Inside Sales Managers and Account Executives, as well as developing and implementing sales process for new product launches, and increasing monthly revenue across all tiers.

Prior to joining NCC, Anthony served as Vice President of Digital Solutions at Search Optics, where he was responsible for $40 million in annual revenue, with sales teams across multiple U.S. & international locations; in addition, in that position he developed and implemented a Sales Leadership team across multiple tiers, to establish key initiative and drive revenue growth across all OEM relationships.

Anthony’s professional experience also includes his tenure as Director, Sales Operations at YP, where he had direct leadership responsibility for second-level managers and account executives, with indirect leadership influence on collaborative work teams.In addition, Anthony also previously served as Area Sales Manager for AT&T Advertising Solutions.

Scott Biondo

Vice President

Scott Biondo serves as the founder and Vice President of AimLogic, a division of NCC’s Marketing Soltuions. Scott brings with him a proven track record of entrepreneurial business success, especially as it relates to digital and mobile marketing solutions.

Scott is responsible for ensuring that NCC and AimLogic continue to develop innovative technology that offers their auto dealer clients nationwide a suite of predictive analytic products and solutions designed to maximize their auto sales potential.

Prior to joining NCC, Scott served in leadership roles for several innovative, successful businesses in both California and Nevada.  Scott was also president and co-founder of Echelon Jets, a full-service charter company offering clients a luxury aircraft experience.

Scott is a graduate of San Diego State University–with a proven track record in innovative, disruptive technology.  Scott’s entrepreneurial background also includes his ownership of Las Vegas Discount Deals, a private concierge service company designed to deliver individualized vacation packages to clients, at below market rates. Scott’s professional experience also includes founding a San Diego-based company, which offered food and beverage establishments specialized online presence and search engine strategies, as well as his tenures as an SEO specialist for Internet Marketing Inc., and Sales Consultant for Cbeyond.

In keeping with his leadership role at AimLogic–a national leader in predictive analytics– Scott also possesses proven expertise in search engine optimization, and is Google Adwords certified.

Phil Valachi

Vice President of Client Relations

As NCC’s Vice President, Client Relations, Phil Valachi is responsible for creating and leading efficient on-boarding practices—as well as retention efforts—for the client base of all NCC data and marketing solutions. In addition, Phil leads the implementation and management of identifying cross-selling opportunities, and increasing the company’s overall account share. Phil leads a team that serves as an extension to NCC’s call center, helping to ensure prompt resolution of issues and optimizing clients’ experience.

Prior to joining NCC, Phil served as Senior Director, Implementation & Advisory Services for Dealertrack, where he was responsible for client services that supported the following business units: Sales and F&I Solutions, Digital Retailing Solutions & Inventory Management. Core areas of focus included Data Operations, on-boarding software products, ongoing account management and leading call center operations. In addition, Phil’s professional history includes his tenure as Assistant Vice President, Compliance Management at JP Morgan Chase, with responsibility for ensuring streamlined operational procedures that were in line with regulatory compliance.

A native of New Hyde Park, N.Y., Phil graduated from City University of New York—College of Staten Island, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting.

Paul Machin, AVP, National Credit Center

Area Vice President

As NCC’s Area Vice President, Paul Machin is responsible for managing national NCC’s field sales team. Paul is responsible for sales and distribution of NCC product offerings across multiple U.S. locations; Paul also has direct leadership of all NCC Field Sales Directors and Key Account Executives, as well as developing and implementing sales process for new product launches, and increasing monthly revenue across all tiers.

Prior to joining NCC, Paul served as Director of Sales (East) at Dealertrack, where he was responsible for process management, as well as a retail automotive software consultancy. In this capacity, he engaged thousands of auto dealers, reviewing current processes, and discerned what they required in order to ensure their operations remained up to date; as an industry thought leader, Paul also developed the Deal Flow Advantage process that helped improve automotive dealership efficiencies and increased revenue.

Paul’s professional experience also includes his tenures as an Executive General Manager of a Nissan Franchise, a founding Launch team partner with Saturn Automotive, as well as a founding member of CarMax Greenville. As an industry thought leader on Sales Process, Compliance and the implementation of technology, he is an experienced speaker and trainer for many industry associations and groups.

Melissa Rockoff

Vice President of Human Resources

Melissa Rockoff serves as NCC’s Vice President of Human Resources.  With over 30 years HR experience, Melissa oversees all areas related to company policies, benefits, team hiring and growing company culture.  Prior to NCC, Melissa oversaw HR operations for Sackett National Holdings, parent company to NCC; Zappos.com, ProCaps Laboratories and various banking institutions.  Melissa holds degree in psychology with an emphasis in organizational development from San Diego State University.
