Program Guidelines:
- Referral cannot be an existing NCC customer or prospect
- Referrer cannot submit their own store(s)
- Dealer groups that make software decisions centrally cannot submit individual stores
- Referrer must provide warm introduction between NCC and referred dealer
- Referral incentive is paid 30 days after implementation
