Shane Born is Chief Operations Officer for NCC and oversees the execution of strategic initiatives, customer service operations, operational optimization, and ensures compliance with industry regulations. He and his team are dedicated to delivering seamless onboarding experiences, fostering strong relationships with dealers and vendors, and driving operational efficiency through automation and data-driven processes. Shane joined NCC when it acquired ProMax in 2018. He started working with ProMax in 2003, became Chief Operations Officer in 2011, and became a partner in 2016. A significant milestone in his career was navigating the successful acquisition of ProMax by SNH Capital Partners, which has enhanced the company's growth and operational capabilities. Prior to joining ProMax, Shane worked in retail automotive with Green's Family Auto Group and the Gurley Leep Group.
